How to report
Email support@zedipass.com with the affected product and version, clear reproduction steps, the potential impact and a safe way to contact you.
What makes a report useful
- The affected URL, app, platform and version.
- Reproducible steps using your own account, device or data.
- The observed result and the impact you believe is possible.
- Redacted screenshots or logs that do not expose credentials or personal data.
Responsible testing boundaries
Do not access another person’s data, disrupt a service, degrade availability, demand payment, use social engineering or publish exploit details while a report is being assessed. Never email live credentials, private keys or personal datasets.
Programme status
Netro Labs does not currently operate a bug bounty, a legal safe-harbour programme or a guaranteed response time. This page does not create one.
