Netro Labs is operated by James Nettey, who acts as controller for website correspondence. Privacy and data-rights enquiries can be sent to support@zedipass.com.
Netro Labs is a trading name and is not presented on this website as a limited company.
Website and hosting data
The site is designed as static files and does not contain a database, account system or public contact form.
The website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process technical request and security information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, and error or abuse signals. Netro Labs does not configure a separate traffic-log drain for this website.
Visiting this website does not itself provide the site with access to data stored inside a Netro Labs app on a user’s device.
Email correspondence
If you choose to email Netro Labs, the relevant mailbox and email provider will process your email address, message content, attachments and associated delivery information so the publisher can read and respond to the message.
Email for this website is provided by IONOS. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, precise location histories, private messages or other sensitive information by ordinary email. Correspondence is processed to respond to the sender, provide support, maintain necessary records, protect legal rights, and meet applicable obligations.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics, advertising technology, tracking pixels or cookie banner are included in this build.
Netlify Web Analytics is not enabled for this website. If analytics or other optional tracking is introduced later, the website, this notice and any consent treatment will be updated before that technology is enabled.
Recipients and international transfers
Netlify provides website delivery and security services, and IONOS provides email services. Those providers may use approved subprocessors and process information in other countries under their contractual and legal transfer safeguards.
Netro Labs does not sell website visitor information.
Retention and deletion
Netro Labs keeps email correspondence only for as long as needed to respond, support users, maintain necessary records, resolve disputes, protect legal rights, or meet legal obligations. Netlify and IONOS retain provider-controlled operational information according to their service settings, security needs, and published retention practices.
A request concerning correspondence can be sent to support@zedipass.com. Provider-controlled log deletion may be limited by security, legal, and backup requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the legal basis for processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, or to complain to a regulator.
