Netro Labs is the independent product practice of James Nettey, a product designer who builds. Its flagship is ZediPass, a customer recognition and loyalty platform for independent businesses. HUZAT, Pew, BlueBee, LumaRelay and the Netroken Figma plugin are made here too.

Products with a clear job.

A multi-surface platform for businesses and their customers, smaller apps with a single purpose, and tooling for design-system work. Each one is designed and built end to end, from interface to infrastructure.

How products are presented

Availability is stated, not implied.

A product is called available only when a public store listing has been verified. Work in development is labelled as such, and a product page keeps intended direction, verified implementation and public availability distinct.

How information is maintained

One permanent route per purpose.

Support and privacy pages sit beneath the app’s permanent path. They are updated against release code, permissions, services and data flows—not against a product idea alone.
