First checks
- Confirm you are using a supported iPhone and operating-system version.
- Update to the latest version available to you.
- Restart HUZAT and, if necessary, the device.
- Reproduce the issue once and note the exact action, delay and on-screen message.
HUZAT is in development. A public version number and download route are not yet published.
Notification guidance
Notifications are required for a scheduled simulated interruption while HUZAT is not in the foreground.
- Open system Settings, find HUZAT and review Notifications.
- Allow notifications, sounds and the presentation styles needed for the intended test.
- Check Focus, Do Not Disturb, notification summaries and device mute settings.
- Schedule a short test and keep the device unlocked the first time.
Operating systems can delay or suppress notifications. HUZAT cannot guarantee delivery at an exact second.
Simulated calls and messages
HUZAT’s call-like, message-like and notification experiences are simulations on the device. It does not place a real call, send a real message or contact another person.
If a simulation does not appear, confirm notification permission, test in the foreground, shorten the delay and restart the app. Include the selected scenario and delay in a support message.
People, personas and mappings
People and mapping entries are HUZAT-local controls; they are not proof that the app has imported system Contacts.
If a mapped action does not run:
- Confirm the local entry and mapping were saved.
- Check the mapped action and delay.
- Confirm notifications remain allowed.
- Recreate one simple mapping and test it before rebuilding a longer sequence.
Reset local data
Use the in-app privacy/settings controls to clear history or reset HUZAT data. Read the confirmation carefully: a full reset may remove personas, mappings, preferences and pending simulations.
The final release will document the exact menu labels after deletion and notification-cancellation behaviour has been verified.
Purchases and subscriptions
No public purchase, subscription, restore flow or cancellation route is currently announced. A development preview must not be treated as an active purchase.
If paid features are added later, this section will identify the store product, free/paid boundary, restore path and platform cancellation instructions.
Safety boundary
HUZAT is not a real phone service, personal alarm, monitored safety service or emergency service. It does not call emergency services, notify trusted contacts or share live location.
If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, use the emergency services available in your location and do not rely on HUZAT.
Information to include with a support request
- HUZAT version/build, if visible.
- iPhone model and iOS version.
- Approximate time and timezone.
- Selected scenario, delay and whether the app was foregrounded.
- Notification permission, Focus and mute state.
- Exact error text and steps immediately before it.
- Whether the issue repeats after restart.
Send a screenshot only when useful and remove personal information first.
