Status and scope
This is a draft privacy notice based on the inspected development implementation. It is not yet effective. It must be reconciled with the exact signed release, native permission strings, dependency lockfiles, runtime network traffic, operating-system backup behaviour and any purchase configuration.
HUZAT is designed to create simulated experiences on the user’s own device. This notice does not claim that future account, cloud, analytics or purchase features are already present.
Data accessed
The development implementation can use:
- notification authorisation and notification-delivery state;
- locally created personas, mappings, scenarios and preferences;
- local app history and timestamps used to manage planned simulations; and
- app/device information a user may choose to include in a support email.
The app’s “People” records are intended as HUZAT-local records. The inspected build does not justify a claim that system Contacts or Calendar data is accessed; the final archive must confirm that those permissions are absent.
Data kept on the device
The inspected implementation stores personas, mappings, scenario settings, preferences and local history on the device. No Netro Labs account is currently described. Device backup behaviour and every local store must be checked before publication.
User-created content may reveal personal routines or sensitive situations. Users should avoid adding information they would not want stored on that device.
Data transmitted from the device
No developer-operated backend, analytics provider, advertising provider or crash-reporting provider is currently claimed for the proposed release.
That is not yet a final “no data collected” declaration. The signed release and its integrated third-party code must be tested for network traffic before the answer is used in a store privacy form.
If a user emails support, their email provider and the Netro Labs email provider will process the message and any attachment they choose to send.
Permissions
Notifications
Notifications are used to present scheduled, simulated interruptions when HUZAT is not in the foreground. The user can change permission in system settings. Scheduled delivery remains subject to operating-system settings and behaviour.
Contacts and Calendar
These permissions are not currently required by the proposed release. Familiar-looking contact or calendar interfaces do not mean that system data is being accessed. The final binary must verify this boundary.
Other permissions
Location, camera, photo library, microphone and local-network access are not claimed as release requirements. Any later feature that genuinely needs one will require a new audit, a specific purpose explanation and an update to this notice.
Third-party services
The release will include Apple/Google platform code and the app’s locked software dependencies. The final list of SDKs, processors, network destinations and applicable privacy manifests has not yet been approved.
No affiliation with a third-party phone, messaging, email, calendar or retail service is claimed.
Retention and deletion
The inspected implementation includes local privacy/reset controls and a local-history default described as 30 days. The final build must verify:
- which records follow that period;
- which settings remain until reset or uninstall;
- whether device backups retain any information;
- whether pending notifications are cancelled; and
- whether the “delete all” path clears every local store.
No account-deletion page is currently provided because no Netro Labs account is claimed for this release. If account creation or remote storage is added, an in-app deletion flow and a permanent web deletion page will be required before release.
Your rights and contact
For device-only information, the user’s practical controls are the in-app reset tools and uninstalling the app, subject to operating-system backups.
The final notice will identify the legal operator/controller, correspondence address, lawful bases where relevant, privacy email, user-rights process, retention criteria and regulator information. Those facts are intentionally not invented in this draft.
Revisions
This permanent URL will be reviewed whenever HUZAT changes its permissions, SDKs, storage, accounts, analytics, purchases or data transmission. The effective and last-reviewed dates will be updated when a legally approved notice is published.
